Project Update: TRU by Hilton, Augusta

Our team recently completed the design for the TRU by Hilton hotel in Augusta, Georgia. This project is being developed and constructed by Paragon Hotel Company. The design is a prototypical representation of the TRU by Hilton product, a sub-brand of Hilton Worldwide designed to compete with other select service models in the area. The design of TRU by Hilton was intended to be scalable so properties could fit in any location, no matter the unique parameters.

Project Update: Dave’s Hot Chicken in Greenville, SC 

Design is underway for Dave’s Hot Chicken in Greenville, SC, a Los Angeles-based street food brand. The food brand is also opening locations in Columbia, Charleston, and Myrtle Beach as part of its South Carolina expansion. Dave’s initially opened as a parking lot pop-up in 2017 and now has over 60 locations across the United States and Canada.

Project Update: Hobby Lobby in Lecanto, Florida 

We recently completed a project with Hobby Lobby of Lecanto, Florida. As a longstanding collaborator with Hobby Lobby, we were delighted to have the opportunity to bring the 55,000-square-foot store to life. The building is part of the new Corta Commons in the area and joins other retail operations like PetSmart, Panda Express, and Skechers. We partnered with RealtyLink on the project.

Project Update: Pickens Golf Club 

COR3 Design recently attended the groundbreaking for a project underway in Pickens, South Carolina. We partnered with the Pickens Golf Club to design an 8,800 square foot building with a full service restaurant and bar, pro shop, and swimming pool for members and customers of the Carolina Camp Cedar Outdoor Resort.

A new multi-family development has cleared an important hurdle with Greenville, SC’s Design Review Board. The residential project will be located in the 450 block of East Park, near the intersection with Stone Avenue, and will be built in partnership with RealtyLink.

Our team recently completed a project in Charlotte, North Carolina combining Aspen Dental and Clear Choice Dental Implant Centers. It was one of the first times the two businesses combined into one build and presented an extremely modern aesthetic complimentary to both brands.
