We recently kicked off a Burlington retail store project in Sarasota, FL in partnership with Benderson Development, Proficient, Fuller, Matrix, and LWI. This project is our third collaboration with the discount retail store, with other locations in Myrtle Beach, SC and Whitestown, IN.
The permitting process is underway with expected conclusion of that part of the project around the middle of March.
