Our team recently completed the design for the TRU by Hilton hotel in Augusta, Georgia. This project is being developed and constructed by Paragon Hotel Company. The design is a prototypical representation of the TRU by Hilton product, a sub-brand of Hilton Worldwide designed to compete with other select service models in the area. The design of TRU by Hilton was intended to be scalable so properties could fit in any location, no matter the unique parameters. 

Design is underway for Dave’s Hot Chicken in Greenville, SC, a Los Angeles-based street food brand. The food brand is also opening locations in Columbia, Charleston, and Myrtle Beach as part of its South Carolina expansion. Dave’s initially opened as a parking lot pop-up in 2017 and now has over 60 locations across the United States and Canada.
