Happy 13th birthday to us!
COR3 has officially hit the teenage years, and like all teenagers, we’re ready for all of the excitement and growth along the way. Over the last 13 years, we’ve designed everything from retail and hospitality to industrial and multi-family complexes, but we’re most grateful for the relationships we’ve built.
So, as we look forward to the years ahead, here are 13 things we see as transformative at COR3 and where we hope to go in the future:
- Continuing and celebrating diversity and inclusion in the field of architecture.
- Expanding our portfolio of projects in various commercial genres (we were born in retail but our division now boasts six key project areas).
- Growing our team of licensed registered architects (we went from 1 to 3 just in 2023).
- Making our mark on the community of Greenville with our philanthropic and volunteer efforts.
- Impacting the industry to adapt its strict regulations on licensing for architects and considering an apprenticeship model (Read more about this concept).
- Exploring architecture around the world through our personal and professional travels.
- Continuing to grow a culture that values each team member and creates an environment where employees want to grow and thrive for years.
- Incorporating and embracing technology and innovation–from AI to robotics and everything in between.
- Remaining a thought leader through our content and social media.
- Keeping our core values of Integrity, Commitment, Flexibility, Quality, Affordability, and Community Outreach at the forefront of everything we do.
- Watching industry trends and growing to create divisions that support architectural and construction advancements.
- Making sure Rusty the office dog lives forever.
- Above all else, remaining Design-Driven and Relationship-Focused in everything we do.
