Project Update: Garlington

Recently, our team visited a warehouse under construction in our hometown of Greenville, SC to check on progress. The original design for this project was completed in 2020 as a speculative warehouse in partnership with RealtyLink. Now, it is being upfitted for the needs of its new tenant, American Tire Distributors.

Sharing about SHARE

At COR3, we aim to serve our communities beyond the buildings we design. It is a core value and one we hold closely. Recently, we created a program that allows employees to select a nonprofit each quarter for our philanthropic efforts. Our own Amber Choice selected SHARE for the first quarter of 2024, a nonprofit Community Action Agency (CAA) that serves low and moderate-income families in the upstate of South Carolina.

We’re Teenagers! Happy 13th Birthday to COR3.
