COR3 Design is proud to welcome the newest addition to our team, Jon Coutinho. Jon joined the leadership team to head up the Cold Storage and Industrial Services division, where he partners closely with our client, RL Cold, to design and oversee cold storage facilities in particular.
Jon has over 15 years of industry experience and has established a reputation for delivering innovative and functional design solutions in industrial architecture and cold storage. He keeps up to date with the latest design trends and materials, allowing him to provide cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients in the industrial and cold storage sector.
Jon’s passion lies in creating sustainable and highly functional buildings, and his proven track record demonstrates his ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. With a deep understanding of the design and construction process, Jon brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every project. He has an eye for detail and ensures that every project meets the highest standards.
Originally from Brazil and now a US citizen, Jon is trilingual and speaks Portuguese, English, and Spanish. He attended Kennesaw State University for his undergraduate and graduate studies and knew he wanted to be an architect from the ripe age of 11.
For fun, Jon enjoys traveling, visiting museums, and studying art and photography. While he currently resides in Florida, Jon’s family will transition to the Atlanta area to better serve the nexus of cold storage clients in that region.
