The Guardian Center, Perry, GA

Guardian Center is a one of a kind, real life, disaster preparedness facility that covers 75 acres on an 830-acre site in Perry, GA. This facility is used as a simulator for disaster response teams who put their training to the test. Guardian Center boasts full immersion, realistic scenarios including simulated fire, smoke, water, and electrical obstacles. COR3 Design was instrumental in the intricate designs of 52 separate buildings, including two dynamic collapsed buildings, a command center with roof top helipad, flooded residential area, as well as 18 city blocks of buildings, streets, and a quarter mile section of subway.
