After completing Johnson City’s Take 5 location, COR3 designed another co-development location in Concord, North Carolina. This project featured a 125-foot-long car wash, as well as a two-bay oil change and 12 vacuum stations. This was another successful project with Driven Brands, as COR3 has already designed a dozen other locations with 10 more in progress.
COR3 partnered with Fuller Engineering, LWI, Matrix Engineering, and Thomas & Hutton on this project.
