This project involved transforming an existing 6,400-square-foot restaurant into a two-tenant building for McAlister’s Deli and a future retail space. To meet McAlister’s required clear interior height, 2,400 square feet of the original structure were demolished and replaced with new construction, seamlessly integrated with the remaining building. COR3 provided shell construction only, with McAlister’s opening early 2025.
