Hitting the Ice for Habitat

COR3 Was a Proud Sponsor of the Dinner on Ice Supporting Habitat for Humanity

At COR3 Design, we are deeply passionate about community outreach, so much so that it is one of our main core values as a company. One organization in particular we support is Habitat for Humanity, Greenville, a nonprofit committed to the work of building an equitable community for all of Greenville’s residents.

Throughout the year, our team participates in and sponsors various Habitat Builds, which brings members of the community together in order to help empower families in need to build safe, affordable homes. Most recently, our team sponsored the Habitat for Humanity Dinner on Ice Gala, hosted at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena.

During the Dinner on Ice event, we joined other leaders in the community for impactful conversation, delicious food, a silent auction, and the unique opportunity to make a difference in our own backyards.

Thanks to the generosity and support of everyone involved, our team joined other sponsors and donors to raise over $140,000 towards funding the mission of Habitat Greenville.

Something unique about Habitat’s mission is that they aren’t only building and repairing homes within the community, but they are also setting families up for financial success and prosperity. The goal of this effort is to break the cycle of poverty and create a brighter future for all.

This not only helps families build wealth, but also sparks hope and educates individuals on financial literacy, empowering them to make informed decisions for long term stability. By addressing the immediate need for shelter while also providing a foundation of education, Habitat offers a holistic approach to building a stronger community.

Going into the new year, we are looking forward to continuing our partnership with Habitat for Humanity and making the Upstate a safe and equitable place for everyone.
