Project Update: Marconi Mixed Use Development Rising in Alcoa, Tennessee

Construction underway on Marconi Mixed Use Development.

COR3 partnered with RealtyLink to design this two-building, mixed use development in Alcoa, TN. The development includes apartments and commercial spaces for restaurants, a nail salon, coffee shop, florist, and more. The first building includes 15 apartments and seven commercial spaces and the second has 12 apartments and two commercial spaces.

COR3 worked to achieve the owner’s wishes of combining the two buildings with a singular facade that gives the appearance of several buildings put together. The final product includes four distinct facade designs. While it yielded the challenge of determining when to start and stop various materials, the overall effect is impressive.

The elevations have come to life and we are excited to see what will be completed next.
