Are you passionate about Architectural design? Our team is looking to hire a full-time Architectural Designer with a strong work ethic and drive.

The Position: 
We are proud of the team we have built at COR3 and are looking to hire a full-time Architectural Designer. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of related drafting experience in AutoCAD and/or Revit and a fundamental knowledge of construction document drawings. 

Day-to-day tasks include preparing construction documents, communicating, and coordinating with our engineering team as well as supporting our project managers with a variety of projects. We foster a collaborative environment and want someone to join our team, not just our company.

Knowledge and skills requirements – we’re looking for team members with proven:

• • MS Office Suite skills 

• • Outstanding written and oral communication skills and understanding that our clients come first

• • Proficiency in Adobe products

• • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit in architectural design 

• • Advanced knowledge of construction document production and construction detailing, as well as a strong understanding construction practices and how buildings are built 

• • Strong desire to always be learning

• • Proven attention to detail through prior work or life experience 

• • Expertise in making relationships and maintaining strong bonds with those you
    work with 

• • Importance placed on diversity, inclusion and equity

Education – ideal candidates will blend book and street smarts, but here are a few things we do need you to know to set you up for success here at COR3: 

• • Associates Degree in architectural design is required at a minimum

• • Compensation: $60,000 – 70,000 based on experience
