The Merovan Business Center covers over 60 acres and features nine buildings that total 640,000 square feet. It’s the largest development for flex workspaces in Greenville, SC. Recently, we have been working with the developer to renovate and expand the existing footprint. 

We designed diverse floor plans with spaces beginning at 1,200 square feet to meet a multitude of business requirements. In addition to available office space, the Merovan Center also has 60,000 square feet dedicated to retail opportunities.

The Merovan project gave us the opportunity to combine our retail and nice development skill sets. We love being able to contribute to a community’s economic growth, and we’re looking forward to seeing its impact in Greenville.
