Native of Connecticut, Brian completed his education at Clemson University where he graduated in 1995. After working as an intern in the design field for a small Greenville architectural firm for 3 years, Brian took a project manager position with a local general contracting construction firm. In 2000, Brian returned to the design field with a Greenville architectural firm where he was quickly promoted to Director of Retail Studio. Five years later, he started the Commercial Retail Division of another Greenville firm and grew the division for 6 years. Brian started COR3 Design, LLC in 2011. COR3 Design, LLC was founded with one simple principle: service to its Clients and Community.
R. Micheal Coleman, AIA, CSI, NCARB, CCS
Mike has over 35 years of professional experience in the architectural field including programming, conceptual design, project coordination/management, construction documents, and construction administration. Mike also has expertise in code analysis and specification writing along with training in roofing and waterproofing specialties. Project experience includes retail, industrial, general office, government, healthcare and master planning. He is a 1979 graduate of Clemson University, is a Certified Construction Specification writer (from CSI), NCARB certified and holds membership in both American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). Mike is currently licensed in 13 states.
Mark has over 20 years of architectural experience in the fields of retail, institutional, commercial and historic preservation. Prior to working for COR3 Design, Mark was Technical Director & Project Designer for another Greenville architectural firm. He is responsible for the design and production of Hobby Lobby projects from the schematic design phase through construction documents. Community involvement has greatly enhanced his understanding of the need for preservation as an important cultural and economic development tool.
Project Manager / IT
With almost 20 years of experience, Micah has worked on a wide variety of building types. From custom homes to multi family, commercial and religious, he calls on his knowledge to bring careful and detail-oriented design to his work. Micah understands the process of design and work management needed to complete projects and work with owners, consultants, and contractors to put out the best possible product. With experience in IT management, he keeps office network and systems secure and up to date and ready to meet the demand of any project.
Marketing / Office Manager
With a BA in Marketing Communications, Caroline started working at COR3 Design in November 2013, bringing more than 10 years of real estate experience to the firm. Her responsibilities include marketing and communications (brochures and e-presentations, website management and social media pages, color renderings, company events, press releases, proposals), office management, new business development, human resources, site investigation inquiries, and project coordination.
Architect Intern / Designer
Khris first worked as an intern at COR3 Design in February 2014 after graduating from Clemson University in December 2013 with a BA in Architecture. In the summer of 2016, she received her Master's in Architecture with a focus on Sustainable Design from the University of Tennessee. Khris joined the COR3 Design team as an Architectural Intern / Designer in June 2016.
Roger has 37 years of experience in commercial design. His focus has been on religious, light commercial, and industrial structures. A graduate of Greenville Technical College, he has managed architectural projects from the preliminary design stage, including presentation drawings and 3D renderings, to the contract documents.
Diane's experience encompasses permit construction documentation and project coordination with engineers and code officials. She has worked in retail, commercial, industrial/manufacturing, healthcare, and higher education sectors for more than 30 years. Diane holds an Associate Degree in Engineering Graphics.
